It is about time that somebody paid attention to ACORN. This is a group that does what it wants, when it wants and thinks that the laws do not apply to them.
Face it America, with the election of Obama a large number of blacks now think they are above the law. In fact, the laws - legal and moral - no longer apply to them. As the woman was heard on the tape she no longer has to pay her house payment, pay for her gas or pay for her groceries. Everything will be FREE to those with the correct skin color.
i have said before I am done being politically correct. When the Education system begins teaching history that has been edited, English teachers are being censured as is the English language, let's not teach cursive writing - the dumbing down of America is just about complete.
We are graduating students that cannot read worth a dime, now they will not be able to write worth a damn, they do not know history or geography - just what is the point of school? A baby-sitter? A community day-care for children and teens?
We need to roll the clock back - we need to return to the "golden years", you will not graduate unless you can pass a test that is at least based on the 12th grade. Mandatory military service unless the student is going straight into college then the college bound males will not serve until they graduate college.
If you immigrate to America than you become an American citizen. Keep your heritage alive within your own home but in public be American, speak American, read American. If you are gay fine keep that point within the confines of your home, no military service for you, no boy-scout leader, no ministry.
Females - stay out of the fighting parts of the military, stay out of the cockpits of fighters and bombers, stay out of the pulpit.
And if you are not of the judeo-christian faith than keep silent in public unless you are willing to hear our side as well. We do not mandate a certain religion but neither can you demand open displays of yours. If you want to lay down a prayer rug and kneel then do not complain when a family bows their head to pray at mealtime in any restaurant. If you want to wear your headdress than be prepared to see our creches at Christmas

New American Revolt
Everyone please review the Declaration of Independence. Everyone remembers the first line but what about sentence three?
That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on suce principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness....
Or what about this one?
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariable the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

A study of the First 10 Amendments/Constitution
When the founding fathers fashioned the Constitutional amendments they were making broad laws to protect all citizens of the newly formed government.
The first amendment Freedom of speech, press, religion and petition.
The founders could not have envisioned the future of the country, there is no way that the press we have today was remotely what they considered when they wrote that congress could not prohibit the exercise of free speech. When this was written men had honor and morals. Before sullying someone the facts had to be presented prior to the free speech and not made up after lives were ruined. When a disagreement about a news piece began whether or not to print it was made based on the Christian morals. That is not the case today. Our founders would be horrified at what we call free speech.
As to religion the law reads Congress shall make no law respecting as Establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
This does not say -separation of church and state. When writing the intro for the constitution the founders evoked Divine Providence. Divine Providence is defined as, the sovereignty, superintendence, or agency of God over events in people's lives and throughout history. This indicates that the basis of our country is indeed Christian. Our government cannot say you will be Baptist, Methodist, Church of the Jedi or and number of other religions but by forbiding public prayer, public creches at Christmas, is in fact forcing a religion on the people of this country - the religion of atheism.
This amendment also protects the peoples right to assemble peaceably and petition the government for redress of grievances. We elect people to represent us in congress and it is their JOB to stop and listen to their voters. They are not superior to the general population but are in fact our employees.
It is time all Americans address their congressional reps and Sen. - tell them what you think over and over and over again. Remind them that many a wealthy incumbent candidate has been booted out on his keester for not listening to the people.

congress and the single party government
I guess it is official now. It appears that the congress has decided to be a single party government. No more republicans and no more Conservatives just the Dem's and their single-minded decisions. They know what is good for us and we now have no say. Not only will this "nuclear option" divide this country along party lines, it will widen the gap between blacks, whites and Latinos. I, for one, am done being politically correct. If we do not stand up for what few rights we still have under the courts then our children and grandchildren will not know a free way of life.

Apology for slavery?
Now we have a person starting to indicate that "white" Americans owe the "African-Americans" more than an apology and I, personally, am tired or such rubbish.
First let me say that I do not understand the phrase "African-American". First Africa is a continent not a country. There are 53 different nations that comprise Africa and not all of them are "black". Most people in the US are not "white" but are from a variety of Europeans countries. So in some respect we are all a mix of different races. I am Scottish, Irish, English, french and German. My ancestry has been traced as far back as Alfred the Great, Charlemagne and Edmund Ironside and by this logic am I to be held responsible for all the odious things these men did?
The area known now as Georgia was an indentured servant colony. Australia was a British penal colony. At different times people in the US have discriminated against the Irish, Chinese, Italians, Japanese, and Scots - just to name a few. Why don't we have a Chinese-American history week or a Native American history week? When does it stop?
It is time to put slavery in the PAST where it belongs and stop using it and the discrimination factor to excuse any behavior.

Government and our rights - Town hall meetings
The 10th amendment to the Constitution protects the people by reserving any rights not specifically addressed in the Constitution to be held by the States or the people, Last time I looked those going to the town hall meetings are part of "the people".
All Americans should be worrying about their rights and freedoms. Congress and the White House are trying to dismantle the Constitution. I cannot believe that our country that was fought so hard for and our forefathers suffered so to create seems to mean nothing to so many living here. It is a shame when those born in foreign lands and move to the US love this country more than those born and raised here. Perhaps we should arrange an living exchange with Russia or Germany or any other country. We send some of the citizens that no longer appreciate American to live there for 2 - 3 years. At the end of the 3 years I doubt that any of this group would elect to remain in a foreign land and would again appreciate America.

More politics
I thought the oath of office for the President said something about preserve and protect the constitution of the United States. He is breaking the constitution into pieces as is the congress.
